Who we are
cozyworksheets.com (“we”) is operated by SV HUB S.R.L., registered in Romania under no. J2025042940002, CUI 51977418, with its registered office at Str. Ielelor Nr. 16, Ap. 1, Moșnița Nouă, Timiș County, Romania. SV HUB S.R.L. is the data controller. For any privacy question, email [email protected].
cozyworksheets.com is made for parents, teachers and homeschoolers. It is not directed to children under 13.
The short version
- No accounts, no comments, no newsletter. You never need to give us your name or email to use the site. The only form is the contact form, which asks for your email so we can reply.
- We do not set cookies and we show no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
- Our visitor statistics are cookie-free and only show totals. They do not identify you.
- We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
- The site shows no ads today. We will update this policy before any ad appears.
What we collect and why
Server logs. When you open a page, our server and our content delivery provider (Cloudflare) automatically receive technical data: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser type. We use it only to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix errors. Our server logs are deleted automatically after 10 days. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookie-free statistics. To see which pages are useful, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. According to Cloudflare, it does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors. We only see totals: page views, countries, device types, where visits come from and how fast pages load. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Action counter. We also count how often a feature is used, for example how many times a PDF is downloaded or a page is printed. Your browser sends a tiny request to our own server (/n.gif) with the name of the action and the page. It carries no ID, no cookie and nothing about you, and we only read the totals. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Emails and contact form messages. If you email us or use the contact form (for adults only), we receive your email address, the topic you choose and your message. The form message is sent to our inbox by our email delivery provider, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France); we do not store form messages on our web server. To limit spam, the server keeps a one-way hash of your IP address for at most two days, without the address itself. We use your address and your message only to reply. We keep messages for up to 2 years after our last exchange, then delete them, or sooner if you ask. Please do not send personal information about children. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use any of this for marketing, we make no automated decisions and we build no profiles.
Cookies and storage in your browser
We do not set cookies. There are no analytics, advertising, social media or tracking cookies on the site.
- A short note in session storage may remember that we already showed you the suggestion to share a worksheet, so we do not show it again. It holds nothing about you, never reaches us and is deleted when you close the tab.
- Cloudflare security cookies (such as
__cf_bmorcf_clearance) may be set only when Cloudflare needs to check whether a visit comes from a person or a bot. They are used for security only, do not follow you to other sites and expire quickly.
Both are strictly necessary for the site to work and do not need consent. You can block or clear them in your browser settings and the site still works.
Who receives data
Our hosting provider, netcup GmbH (Germany), and Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery, security, cookie-free statistics and email forwarding to our inbox). Our email provider stores the messages you send us, and Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, EU) delivers contact form messages to us. Cloudflare is a US company; transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We disclose data to others only when the law requires it.
Children
cozyworksheets.com offers printable worksheets for adults to use with children. The website is made for parents, teachers and homeschoolers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children: there are no accounts, forms or comments, and nothing on the site asks a child to type anything.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising, for anyone of any age. If you believe a child has contacted us, email [email protected] and we will delete the message.
Your rights in the EU, EEA and UK
Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability. Email [email protected]. Requests are free, and we reply within one month. You can also complain to a supervisory authority; in Romania this is the ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), and in the UK the ICO.
Your US state privacy rights
Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others), you may have the right to know what personal information we process, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” and of targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information and we do not run targeted ads, so there is nothing to opt out of today. We still honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt-out signal; see Your privacy choices.
To make a request, email [email protected]. An authorized agent may also contact us for you. We answer within 45 days and will never treat you differently for using your rights.

If we add ads later
The site shows no ads today. If we add them to keep the worksheets free, we will update this policy before the first ad appears. Ads would be non-personalized only, served with Google’s child-directed treatment, with no remarketing. Any cookie that needs consent would load only after you agree.
Security, retention and changes
The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). It has no user accounts and no database of visitors. Server logs are kept for 10 days and emails for up to 2 years. When our practices change, we update this page and the date at the top.
